I took these photographs of the step-down Hudson pickup in a Maine junkyard in the early 1970s. I recall that it looked very properly performed… as if made with the factory. I imagine that it experienced faded markings indicating that it was used by a dealership in Everett Massachusetts. For the time any vehicle could be had for $25. Sadly as soon as the price of scrap went up a portable crusher was brought in.
